This video is a continuation of Restringing Workshop Part I. It begins with Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi reciting and singing the Kedusha (a central component of the Amidah prayer). He has participants join in. Zalman then moves onto discussing the Sefirot and their associated attributes. After some time, he has the participants stand with a partner and evaluate their partners posture using the Sefirot as guides. Zalman then moves into a discussion of the connection between the soul and Sefirot. The second half of the video consists of Zalman guiding participants through two exercises and describing a third exercise to practice at home. The video concludes with the participants blessing each other.
