Mid. s. xv. 150 x 116 mm. Parchment. Single column; 87 x 61 mm., 15 lines; ruled in plummet. Frequent 1-, 3-line gilded initials on blue and purple grounds; frequent blue and purple line fillers. Ruled vertical border in two columns of gilt and blue respectively, divided by white rule; gilt tracery extending into upper and lower margins.
