[Wurzburg? Missals do not normally have notation, but might be possible. Verso is actually uppermost, containing Proper material, Communion chant and Postcommunion prayer and so on; recto underneath contains Offertory chant and Secret prayer from previous service. Typical Gothic notation: the C clef is indicated by the letter and the F clef below the diamond. "Feria quinta" = Thursday.] [Warburg, early 14th c.]
Abstract: 
Double column; each column 289 x 88 mm.; 31 lines to a col¬umn; ruled and bounded in ink. Painted initials of various sizes, either blue or red; rubricated headings; initial letter of each line touched in red. (i) The bulk of this MS now seems to be Toronto, Bergen-dal MS 69, comprising 125 leaves; sold Sotheby's, 11 December 1984, lot 52; see Joseph Pope, One Hundred and Twenty Five Manuscripts: Bergendal Collection Cata¬logue (Toronto, 1999); (ii) nineteen leaves, Sotheby's, 26 November 1985, lot 62; (iii) two leaves, Boston, Endowment for Biblical Research MS Leaves 77-78 (Oliver, no. 68).
