Moderated by Rodger Padget. Peter Mayors begins by stating that people no longer have a positive faith in defensive armament or in pacifism as a positive force. Molse discusses why getting rid of all armed forces doesn't provide a utopian world. Molse talks about how there won't be state of peace unless everybody wants it. Rivers discusses how a whole system of relationship within society depends on exploited relationships. River also talks about his stay in Angola and states that the people in Angola are united because of the presence of an external oppressor. River ends the panel by questioning if the people would still be united if there was no external oppressor.
