Tom Mboya speaks about Africa's problems and its future. He describes the forces striving to free Africa from colonial rule and establish a new order. He talks about the territorial boundaries that were established without respect to geographical divisions or ethnic groupings. He concluded by stating that all Africa asks of the United States is understanding that Africans have the same desires as the U.S. is willing to fight for. Panel chair Quigg Newton presiding.
