Abstract: 
Policy Statement on EOP Organzational Structure (Boulder Campus). Recommendations to better support EOP programs, with the Faculty Board administering. There are hand written notes at the bottom. One note states for example, "This is a reestablishing of what the program was developed to [oppose?]. This is a replica of what the univ. was - The only difference is that the faculty wants to instead of the administration. It is a coup d'etat. - 2. Faculty wants to control through a puppet." As well as, "Total distrust of Minority People with the exception of minority faculty members...."
