Description: 
The original is carved in walnut and part of the left doorway from the north transept of the church of Sankt Maria im Kapitol, Cologne, Germany. The sculptor is unknown, and the work dates from about 1065. The doorway is decorated with scenes showing the Annunciation and Visitation, the Annunciation to the Shepherds, the Nativity, the Magi before Herod, and the Adoration of the Magi.
